1960s De Pinna Navy Pleated Wool Long Circle Skirt decor This is a show stoppingThis is the cutest little girl's navy blue wool circle skirt by De Pinna from the 1960's. It has two red arrows on either side of the front pleats. The skirt is long, and it closes with a metal zipper down the side seam with button closure at the waist. The back of the skirt has an elastic waist band, so the fit is slightly adjustable. We estimate size 2 3T, but please use the measurements, as sizing charts vary. Waist: 20 Length: 20
